Only grievance of the petitioner is that his legal notice regarding release of renewal commission and restoration of agency has not been considered by the competent authority till now. According to learned counsel, petitioner has given legal notice, Annexure P-6. However, no decision has been taken thereon.

Petition is disposed of with a direction that the competent authority shall consider the claim of the petitioner and pass a speaking order within six weeks from today.
