Learned counsel would contend that the claim of the petitioner is for revision of pension/family pension and other retiral dues by treating her husband as regularized at par with other co-employees from the date of his initial appointment and thus counting the entire service from 1993 onwards has not been fixed, with regard to which a representation dated 10.02.2024, Annexure P-11, has been submitted, which has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the representation dated 10.02.2024, Annexure P-11, HAMANT 2024.08.08 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-19023-2024 within a period of six months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to her and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to her interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
