AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The petitioner is stated to have made a complaint to the Station House Officer regarding the illegal withholding of the tractor-trolly belonging to him but no FIR has been registered. As per Section 154 Cr.P.C, the petitioner has remedy to lodge a complaint against the private respondents to the Superintendent of Police or Station House Officer. If at all, no steps have been taken, still the petitioner has remedy under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
