This order shall dispose of the aforesaid two petitions i.e. CRWP-10342 of 2020 filed on behalf of petitioners Gourav and Nitika seeking protection and CRWP-1533 of 2021, filed on behalf of petitioner Surender, father of petitioner No.2-Nitika (in CRWP-10342 of 2020), which is in the nature of habeas corpus seeking release of his daughter Nitika, who is stated to be illegally confined.

Reply filed on behalf of the State has been perused. Reply is accompanied by the statements of Surender and Babli i.e. parents of petitioner No.2Nitika, who have both stated that they have no objection to the 'live-in' relationship of their daughter Nitika with Gourav. To a similar effect is the statement of Kamlesh, mother of Gourav, who has also expressed no objection for such a relationship.

In view of the aforestated position, no further directions is required to be issued in CRWP-10342 of 2020 as even the learned counsel for the petitioners does not have any objection for disposal of the petition. The petition filed on behalf of petitioner Gourav and Nitika i.e. CRWP-10342 of 2020, as such, is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court afresh at a subsequent stage in case they apprehend any threat to their lives and liberty.

In view of the aforestated position, the petition i.e. CRWP-1533 of 2021, filed on behalf of petitioner Surender, father of Nitika, is also rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
