This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 1 to 4 to decide representation dated 25.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) seeking legal action against respondents No. 5 & 6 for forgery and impersonation by way of fraudulent Nikahnama dated 05.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 25.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, District Palwal Haryana but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to No.3- Superintendent of Police, District Palwal Haryana to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Ankita Ahuja, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. 5.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, District Palwal Haryana to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 25.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
