The instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for setting aside impugned order dated 06.05.2018 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.1 and impugned order dated 30.11.2021 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.2. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
