RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to incorporate the mutation of exchange in terms of Resolution No.15 passed by the Gram Panchayat dated 05.06.2000, Annexure P-1, as per the provisions of the Land Revenue Act, 1996, in the name of the petitioners.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have earlier filed representation, Annexure P-5, on 02.02.2023 before the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Block Sohna, but no action has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before respondent No.4, i.e. Tehsildar Sohna, District Gurugram, within ten days from today MEENU 2023.08.29 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
