The instant petition has been filed under Section 484 Cr.P.C for quashing the FIR No.344 dated 26.06.2019 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 379-A, 427 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sadar Tauru District Nuh as well as all the subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR on the basis compromise dated 06.04.2023(Annexure P-2). 2.

Vide order dated 27.05.2024, this Court had directed the parties to cause appearance before the learned trial court for authentication of the factum of compromise as affected between the parties. 3.
