This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct free, fair and impartial enquiry in FIR No. 139 dated 11.06.2025 under Sections 419, 420 ,467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Mandi Gobindgarh District Fatehgarh (Annexure P-2) with a further prayer to take action on the representation dated 13.06.2025 and 30.06.2025 (Annexure P-3 and P-8 respectively).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 30.06.2025 Annexure P-8 to respondent No.4- Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.4- Senior Renu Rawat 2025.07.25 14.54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4- Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 30.06.2025 Annexure P-8 of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
