CRM-M-36096-2019 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to investigate the matter, wherein FIR No. 68 dated 24.02.2019 under Sections 201, 217, 221, 323, 324, 325, 341 & 506 IPC and Sections 13 & 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 was registered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 21.06.2019 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Karnal, but no decision has been taken thereon till date.
