The application stands disposed of.

FAO No. 3731-2014 The present appeal is against Award dated 15.01.2014 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Ambala.

However, on 03.08.2017, the matter was compromised between the parties and Mr. Kapoor agreed to make payment of Rs.25,000/- to claimant-appellant as full and final settlement towards diet charges, pain and sufferings, transportation and attendants etc. This amount was acceptable to the appellant.

Today, learned counsel for the Insurance Company has handed over a cheque No. 897989 dated 04.09.2017 in favour of the appellant amounting to Rs.25,000/-, which was accepted by learned counsel for the appellant.

In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of, in view of the compromise effected between the parties. However, the condition with regard to recovery rights of the Insurance Company is not modified and the Insurance Company is at liberty to recover the amount of compensation from respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
