This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 and 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of official and private respondents No. 3 to 13 with a further prayer to decide/take action on the representation (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioners to respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, DAC Complex, Jalandhar, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, DAC Complex, Jalandhar, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, DAC Complex, Jalandhar, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
