(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents i.e. respondents No.2 and 3 to consider and decide and take legal action against the private respondents on the representation dated 28.1.2020 (Annexure P-7) and representation dated 28.1.2020 (Annexure P-8) and to register the cross-case in FIR No.10 dated 06.01.2020 under Sections 308, 323, 506, 341, 148 and 149 IPC with Police Station Division No.7, District Ludhiana. The learned State counsel submits that a cross-case already stands registered on 16.02.2021 vide DDR No.29 under Section 323 IPC. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
