Petitioner, was selected and appointed as a Science Master at Govt.Sr.Secondary School,Karamsir on 1.1.2001. In 2008 he qualified M.Sc.(Math) from Himachal Pradesh University. It is claim of the petitioner that though he has attained the requisite qualification for promotion to the cadre of Lecturer B Class Post, yet his name in the handicapped category has not been considered whereas respondent no.5-Dal Chand, who is junior to petitioner and secured lesser marks than the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Lecturer in Maths w.e.f. 3.7.2016 in the handicapped category . In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to promote him as Lecturer in Math w.e.f. 3.7.2016 in compliance of interim order dated 30.11.2016(P-12) passed in CWP Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.03.07 09:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
