**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to advertisement dated 10.07.2015, the petitioner applied for the post of Mandi Supervisor under OSP-BCA category. The petitioner cleared the written examination and was called for scrutiny of documents. However, since petitioner could not appear in the scrutiny of documents, he filed the present writ petition.

On a specific query put by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that the interview has already been conducted. Keeping in view the fact that the interview has already been declared, at this stage no ground is made out for issuance of direction to the respondents to call the petitioner for scrutiny of documents, as the petitioner has approached this Court at a very belated stage. Dismissed.
