 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.217 dated 21.10.2020, registered at Police Station Kunjpura, District Karnal, under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 and 506 IPC. Vide order dated 15.02.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dashrath Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 15.02.2021 PARVEEN KUMAR 2021.12.20 04:08 I attest to the accuracy of this order.

CRM-M-41515-2020 /2/ granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
