Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 5 for taking action in pursuance of FIR No.197 dated 19.07.2023 under Sections 120-B, 323, 354-B, 379-B, 452 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Mundkati, District Palwal against accused persons i.e. respondents No.6 to 9 with a further prayer that the investigation of the case be transferred to some other police station for fair investigation and respondents No.1 to 5 be directed to arrest the accused persons i.e. respondents No.6 to 9 and file status report in the case. 3.
