This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.42 dated 06.03.2020 registered under Sections 15/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station P.S.Sarhali, District Tarn Taran. The first petition (CRM-M-13559 of 2020) was withdrawn at this stage, vide order dated 25.06.2020. Custody certificate dated 05.02.2021 has been filed by the State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
