The Family Court has only granted an interim maintenance @ ₹6,000/- per month to the widow daughter-in-law and the grand daughter. The correctness of the aforesaid order has been challenged in this revision petition.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the widow daughter-in-law has re-married and this fact is admitted by her in the statement given in another case. Such facts are required to be proved by leading evidence. The Family Court has only granted the interim maintenance to the widow daughter-in-law and grand daughter. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
