Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the earlier bail application was withdrawn only in the month of April, 2026 and no substantial change has come so far, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh application for grant of bail before the trial Court in case the trial does not commence even upto the month of October, 2026. 2.
