(Oral) This petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for issuance of directions to the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram, to conclude the proceedings expeditiously in the case bearing No. CHI/7420/2018 dated 28.12.2018, titled as State of Haryana Vs. Jagjit and CHI/916/2020 dated 15.04.2020 titled as State of Haryana Vs. Neena Bhasin arising out of FIR No.126 dated 20.05.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 471, 477A, 120-B IPC at Police Station Manesar, District Gurugram.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Virender Singh, submits that challan was presented on 15.04.2020 and the charges were framed on 21.08.2024 and out of total 65 prosecution witnesses, none has been examined till date. The next date before trial Court is 13.11.2024. 3.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously and in KAVITA NAIN 2024.08.28 10:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment

CRM-M-38784-2024 - 2 - case any witnesses does not appear before the trial Court, the trial Court shall be at liberty to issue coercive process against them as per the relevant provisions of law.
