The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ, direction or order in the nature of mandamus, for directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to regularize the services of the petitioners.

Learned counsel submits that the main prayer of the petitioners of regularization of services has since been accepted, during the pendency of the present petition by passing an order dated 07.03.2019, Annexure R1/T, with effect from the period of the contract was completed. However, the arrears of salary for the period from 01.12.2017 till date have not been paid to them. In this regard, they would submit a representation, within a period of 4 weeks, which may be decided in a time bound manner by granting them an opportunity of hearing.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.
