This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.212 dated 16.08.2022, under Sections 3/13(1), 8/13(3) and 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Pinangwan, District Mewat.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
