ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks issuance of appropriate writ commanding respondents No.3 and 4 for not paying the admitted amount of development work which was allotted to the petitioner and has been completed by him in requisite period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is constrained to filethe present writ petition qua non-payment of his dues which he contends, are admitted. He relies on letters annexed at Annexures P-1 and P-2 in support of his contention, that the due amount is admitted. Notwithstanding the admission, disbursement qua the same is being withheld. In these circumstances, petitioner caused issuance of a Legal Notice dated 30.10.2020 (Annexure P-4), but neither the same has not been adverted till date.

Ms. Mamta Talwar, DAG, Haryana, who has joined proceedings on service of advance copy of the petition appears and accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Withoutcommenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority, to look into the Legal Notice dated 21.02.2020 (Annexure P-3) and also by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present petition and decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 7.

Disposed of accordingly.
