**** RITU BAHRI, J. (oral) This petition has been filed for directing the respondents to refund the cash amount of Rs.87,44,130/- which has been illegally seized by them.

Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, submit that the process for releasing the cash amount has been initiated and the same will be released within four weeks.

In view of submission made the counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of.
