Learned State counsel submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as petitioner has been compulsorily retired. However, counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled to arrears of salary from 01.06.2017 to 22.07.2017, the date on which he was released. In view of above, present petition is disposed of. However, aforesaid plea raised by the petitioner may be examined by the concerned authority at the earliest.
