Learned counsel representing the appellant has informed that efforts made by Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court have been fruitful and the matter stands amicably resolved. A copy of settlement/agreement dated 14.7.2023 has been received from Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.

One of the terms of settlement/agreement dated 14.7.2023 is that the appellant would withdraw the instant appeal i.e. Clause - 7(d). 4.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal in compliance of terms of settlement/agreement dated 14.7.2023.
