(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 18.08.2023, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 02 years and 23 days. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to a fresh one with better particulars.
