(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the Society constituted in the name of "Harijan Co-op. Society Ltd., Kalayat", in view of the enquiry reprot dated 30th September, 2016 (Annexure P-2) conducted in compliance of the order dated 17th March, 2016 (Annexure P-1) of this Court.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
