Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 19.08.2021 Derbha, District Sangrur 306, 506, 120-B IPC Vide order dated 03.02.2022, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had stayed the arrest of the peƟƟoner and later on, vide order dated 12.12.2022, she was permiƩed to join the invesƟgaƟon.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that in compliance of the order dated 12.12.2022, the peƟƟoner had joined the invesƟgaƟon. 3.

This fact has not been disputed by the State counsel on the instrucƟons from the concerned official. However, State counsel has opposed the bail. 4.

Given the nature of allegaƟons, no pre-trial incarceraƟon is required. Without commenƟng on the case's merits and the circumstances peculiar to this case, the peƟƟoner makes a case for release on bail.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is allowed. The order dated 12.12.2022 is hereby made absolute. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
