       Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.62 dated 28.01.2021, registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Kaithal, under Sections 323, 325, 307, 452 and 201 IPC.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. As per the prosecution version, injuries on the person of injured-Bintu, opined to be dangerous to life, have been attributed to the petitioner.

This is the second petition for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner, the first one having been dismissed as withdrawn, on 30.07.2021.

On a specific query put to the learned counsel for the petitioner, she has failed to show any change in circumstance.
