The appellant'Insurance Company has preferred the present appeal against the impugned Awarded dated 12.11.2013, passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) (for short, 'the Tribunal').
At the very outset, the learned counsel for the appellant restricts his submission to the extent that the matter may be remanded back to the learned Tribunal for adjudicating afresh on the issue of the validity of the driving licence, Ex.R'6, keeping in view the report received from the Licensing Authority, Mathura. Heard.

Resultantly, the impugned award dated 12.11.2013, of the learned Tribunal is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the learned Tribunal for adjudication afresh with regard to the veracity/validity of the driving licence, in the light of the report, Annexure A'2. The record pertaining to the appeal be sent to the learned Tribunal forthwith. The parties shall appear before the learned Tribunal on 29.04.2016.
Consequently, without adverting to the merits of the present case, the present appeal is disposed of. **+
