**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming reimbursement of the medical bills.

It has been averred in the petition that wife of the petitioner, namely, Smt. Ranjit Kaur, fell ill and was hospitalized and remained under treatment as indoor patient. Further, on the said treatment, the petitioner has incurred a sum of Rs.1,38,977/-. Even though all the formalities for the release of the medical reimbursement have been completed but no payment has been made to the petitioner so far. Counsel for the petitioner states that for the relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has given a representation dated 19.04.2017 (Annexure P-6), which is still pending consideration with the NARESH KUMAR 2018.12.03 15:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-29931-2018 -2respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is given to the respondents to decide the said representation.

In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to pass an appropriate order in respect of the claim made by the petitioner in representation dated 19.04.2017 (Annexure P-6) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case after the decision, it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit, the same shall also be released to him within a period of next three months. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
