(Oral) Petitioners have prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned seniority list dated 30.05.2016, Annexure P-13 (Colly.) and impugned orders Annexure P-16 (Colly) whereby they are sought to be reverted from the post of Class III to Class IV employees.

Admittedly, during the pendency of this petition, petitioners have again been promoted as Class III employees. However, their grouse remains that period of their service rendered as Work Charge/Daily Wager/Muster Roll needs to be taken into consideration for continuity of service.

As the petition qua the relief sought for quashing of reversion orders has been rendered infructuous, the same is disposed of. As regards the grievance which survives, petitioners shall be at liberty to make a SUKHPREET KAUR 2019.06.01 16:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
