Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that this revision petition is rendered infructuous as petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has since been allowed on 11.01.2022. Learned counsel for the petitionersdoes not dispute the same though it is submitted that copy of the order has not been received by them. Keeping in view the aforementioned, this revision petition is disposed of as infructuous.
