(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.42 dated 20.05.2022 under Section 420 IPC; Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professional (Regulations) Act, 2004 and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Pathankot, District Pathankot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is every likelihood of compromise between the parties. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action, if need so arises at later stage. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
