The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.142, dated 18.12.2022, registered under Sections 341, 379-B, 506, 34 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 411, 201, 471 IPC added later on) at Police Station Mataur, District SAS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
