(ORAL) Petitioner herein inter alia seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his case and grant him appointment as per his merit against the available unfilled reserved posts by granting benefit of reservation admissible to the extent of 2 % for VimukatJatis in terms of notification dated 20.12.2001 ( Annexure P-2) and Instructions dated 25.03.2011 (Annexure P-3) in the direct recruitment for 200 posts of MultipurposeHealth Worker (Male) pursuantto the Advertisement dated 05.08.2020 (Annexure P-5). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No.16983 of 2012 decided on 29.11.2016 (Annexure P-12). He further submits that petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.11.2020 (Annexure P-11) but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider the case of the petitioner and decide his representation dated 03.11.2020 (Annexure P-11) before finalization of the selection process. In case, after consideration thereof, it is found that petitioner is not entitled, specific reasons thereof be recorded and conveyed to the petitioner. 7.
Disposed of accordingly.
