(ORAL) CM-9218-CI-2011 Application has been filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased original appellant Tej Singh, who is stated to have expired on 26.10.2010 leaving behind his legal representatives mentioned in para No.2. However, the deceased vide relinquishment deed dated 04.02.2010 had transferred his rights in favour of his five sons, who have claimed the right as such on the strength of said relinquishment deed and remaining legal representatives have been excluded. It has been further averred that there are no other legal representatives of the deceased appellant except ones mentioned in the application. Copy of death certificate and relinquishment deed are appended as Annexure A-1 and A-2. Accordingly, in view of the averments made in the application, duly supported by affidavit of Rajinder Kumar son of the deceased Parveen Kumar 2019.02.20 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

RFA No.4194 of 2011 (O&M) -2appellant, same is allowed subject to just all exceptions, without commenting upon the veracity and validity of the relinquishment deed dated 04.02.2010. Legal representatives the five sons as stated in para No.2 of the application are brought on record and permitted to pursue the present litigation only. It is made clear that the present order will not be liable to be taken into consideration in any other set of proceedings. CM stands disposed of.
