RAJBIR SEHRAWAT , J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.161 dated 14.07.2022 registered under Sections 201 & 420 IPC at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 14.02.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Dilbag Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.
