Dated Police Station Sections 11.09.2015 Sadar Jalalabad, Distt. Fazilka 452, 324, 323, 34 IPC Seeking quashing of above captioned FIR, petitioners have come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that complainant/victim-Lachhman Dass had expired and now they want to enter into compromise with complainant's legal representatives. He further submits that as per his information, complainant has left only his nephew behind him and he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh after entering into compromise with legal representatives of the complainant. 3.
Given above, let the petitioner enter into out of Court compromise with legal representatives of the complainant and then file a fresh petition in this regard. 4.
Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid observation. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
