(Oral) Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the General Manager, Haryana Roadways submits that the legal notice in compliance of the order dated 19.02.2021 was decided in favour of the petitioner and the Treasury Officer, Bhiwani sent the case of the petitioner to the Punjab National Bank, Bhiwani for release of family pension, however, it came to the notice that the petitioner has already died.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. Disposed of.
