(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the official respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner and to direct them to correct the record of right which has been made by him vide his detailed representation dated 07.05.2024 (Annexure P-5) and further to initiate action against the private respondents No.6 to 8, who have failed to perform their duties as per law. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
