Learned counsel for respondent No.3, while referring to the aforesaid order dated 30.06.2026, submits that the order dated 14.01.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP No.411 of 2026 has already been complied with. The said fact is also not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant contempt petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of; however, leaving it open to the petitioners to avail their remedies, in accordance with law, against the aforesaid order dated 30.06.2026 (if so advised).
