(Oral) The petitioner has approached this court seeking directions to the official respondents to get released the tractor of the petitioner bearing No.HR-50-0173, Make Swaraj Model 1993, Chasis No.934460258, Engine No.381303B0816.

Reply has been filed by the State. The same is taken on record. Para No.3 of the said reply reads as follows: "That on 12.01.2021, Karam Pal S/o Sh. Bharat Singh-respondent No.4 has visited at Police Station Sadar Jind and produced tractor bearing registration No.HR-50-0173, make Swaraj, alongwith trolley, double tyre which was taken in police possession through separate recovery memo. At present, the same is stationed at Police Station Sadar Jind and MOHAN SINGH 2021.01.19 17:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the aforestated reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move an appropriate application for release of the tractor in question to its owner on supardari.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
