**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking free and fair investigation in FIR No.101 dated 02.05.2019 under Sections 307, 323, 341, 325, 435, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Division No.6, District Ludhiana. He has also prayed for a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-5) sent by the petitioner on 10.05.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he is confining his prayer to the consideration of his representation with regard to the free and fair investigation.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Dhruv Dayal, Senior DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation of the petitioner and take action, if necessary, in accordance with law.
