***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction in the nature of mandamus to respondents No.1 and 2 to pay the remunerations on account of allowances w.e.f. June, 2018.

This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 15.12.2020, passed the following order:- "Inter-alia contends that petitioner is not being paid remuneration since June, 2018.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Charanpreet Singh, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and seeks time to have instructions in the matter.

On his request, adjourned to 21.12.2020."

Today, at the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner apprised the Court that petitioner has been paid the entire dues and consequently, his grievance is redressed.
