Grievance of the petitioner is that the old age pension, which was being paid to him, has been stopped vide order, Annexure P-8 on the ground that petitioner had failed to produce the documents relating to proof of his age.

On the asking of the court, Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. At the outset, he submits that in case petitioner fulfills the requisite formalities within three weeks from today, his plea shall be considered by District Social Welfare Officer, Kaithal, and a fresh order shall be passed. In view of aforesaid statement, no further direction is necessary at this stage. Petition is hereby disposed of.
