Grievance of the petitioner is that she has not been issued a BPL ration card under the policy framed by the Government. According to learned counsel, no opportunity of hearing was afforded to the petitioner before taking a decision. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that petitioner shall be personally heard by respondent no. 2 within two week's from today and fresh order shall be passed thereafter.
