(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 so as to protect his life and liberty as he apprehends threat to the same at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a detailed comprehensive application to SHO concerned seeking protection and the reasons for his apprehension, wherein he shall also disclose the details of all the cases pending against him.
